Global warming

Have you bought into global warming? It seems almost everyone has these days. Man is evil, our fossil fuels have warmed the earth so much that glaciers are melting at an alarming rate, the sea levels will rise and flood low-lying cities, and Al Gore will be proven right (isn't that a scary thought). The news media is fully engaged in this one.

I for one have never bought into this junk science. First of all, the fact that the earth may be warming is one observation. It is entirely another observation to conclude that man is somehow responsible for this.

So it is not very often that you find an article that contradicts all of this: Greenland's glaciers have been shrinking for 100 years:
Greenland's glaciers have been shrinking for the past century, according to a Danish study, suggesting that the ice melt is not a recent phenomenon caused by global warming.
The shrinking of the glaciers since the 19th century is "the result of the atmosphere's natural warming, following volcanic eruptions for example and greenhouse gases, created by human activities, which have aggravated the situation further."
Ok, so the study concluded that human activities have increased this rate of melting. But the point of the article is that this is a natural phenomenon.
