An update on Andrew's accident

To be perfectly honest, Tracy and I were a bit surprised that we had gone nearly the entire week without seeing any news of Andrew's accident; but we woke up this morning to find this in the Baltimore Sun:
Annapolis police officer involved in fatal Baltimore crash
Accident occurred in Baltimore while officer was off duty

An Annapolis police officer was involved in a Sunday night crash in Baltimore that left one passenger dead, Annapolis police said.
Officer James Salyers, who joined the force August 26, remains on administrative duty, after his vehicle and another crashed, leaving a passenger in the second vehicle dead, said Major Scott Baker with Annapolis police. The unidentified passenger was ejected and later died, police said.
The crash happened at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday night at the intersection of Patapsco Avenue and Potee Street. The officer was off-duty at the time and was driving his personal vehicle, police said.
The Maryland Transportation Authority and Baltimore City police, who are investigating, would not release additional details of the crash or the victim Thursday.
The article doesn't name Andrew directly, but we can confirm that this was indeed the time and place of the accident.  Articles were also found at WBAL, WBAL-TV, among other places.

We haven't seen any accident report, so we don't really know much beyond this.  We're still waiting to hear back from the officer who was on the scene.
