Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 14,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at $17 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading tomorrow, November 17 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BAH”. The underwriters may purchase up to 2,100,000 additional shares at the initial offering price less the underwriting discounts and commissions to cover over-allotments, if any.
