WTF?

A judge in New York City finds two black police officers and one Hispanic police officer innocent in the shooting of a black man. The crowd outside chants, "PBA (Police Benevolent Association), PBA, KKK, KKK!" Yeah, that's it. The PBA is the KKK, protecting two black police officers and one Hispanic police officer. Tell me how this makes any sense at all.
